Failed to connect to Partner Webdav server

I have WebDAV installed on IIS, which is correctly installed as per guide. If from IIS console if I browse the WebDAV website it opens the Root Directory in Internet Explorer.

When I try TEST Connection in RSP Studio it gives error "Failed to connect to Partner WebDAV Server. I have following setting in RSP Studio

GENERAL
Ticked "Enable HTTP Proxy"

Address: localhost

Port: 8080

WebDAV

WebDAV Server URL: http://localhost:9090/    or http://mycompname:9090/

User: WebDAV User

Password: Correct Password

Still it gives above error.

Also in RSP Agent Console when I run Configuration Wizard

it also gives error to SAP Connection testing

But in Internet Test Connection (Previous screen in Wizard) it says "Successfully connected to Internet" (Enabled http proxy, Address: localhost, port : 8080)

Please let me know what I should do to make this work.

everything is installed in mycompname PC
