Hie Guys,
I am getting the following error when selecting the Year Prompt (Combo Box) in my dashboard in BI Launchpad 4.1 in the Test Server -
Error #2170, Cannot Access External Data
Connection Type: Query as a Web Service
To access external data, add a cross-domain policy file to the external data web server.
We just upgraded the Test Server to BO 4.1 from 4.0 last week. I am not getting the error when I run the dashboard in Dev Server.
However, there is no data in the Dev Server for the current year, so I'm not sure if that could be the issue. Also, when I run the
dashboard in Dashboard Designer in the Test Environment, it says - "The server may be down"
Can anyone please help identify and resolve the issue? Thanks.
