I've got a slowness issue with one of our medical record systems. It's not slow on all machines but the ones it is slow on shows saphostctrl on a wireshark capture reaching out over 200 times a second which I believe is causing the slowness. I've searched on those workstations and also the server for our medical record system and am unable to find this process on either! Where could it be coming from? This slowness started about 2 years ago when we separated from a vendor who was hosting this product and managing all our desktops. Is it a remnant of something they were using?
