We are currently facing an issue where in, whenever a user tries to post a time sheet entry through portal and save it, we are presented with a dump as follows,
A RAISE statement in the program "CL_XSS_CAT_BUSINESS_LAYER=====CP" raised the exception condition "ERROR_BUFFER_MODE".
Since the exception was not intercepted by a superior program, processing was terminated.

Have already looked for any existing notes to get this solved but couldn't find one. Have also tried clearing the buffers through SWU_OBUF, just in case. Also, the error occurs only for particular user Ids and not for all the users accessing the portal. Not really sure if clearing the user buffer would help as well.
An another point to be specified is the issue is observed only in production and the same is not observed in DEV or Quality. Any in sight into the above issue would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
