Replication BP from CRM to ECC : Person --> Organization

Hi experts.

I'm creating a "person" BP into CRM system with CRM000 Role, this is sento to ECC, however the BP is created as Organization, please let me know what is the problem. I need that a person BP (CRM) is created as a person BP into ECC.

I think the problem is BP Role, please let me know how to map BP Role from CRM to ECC.
