Hello Everyone,
As I am new to this community and I have seen vast and many replies supporting to the queries people have. I am thankful that now am part of this environment. My question is
What do the project managers expect from a guys experienced of 4 or 3yrs.?
On what topics they stress on and why?
Is Asset Accounting is component is given to any fresher(3 or 4yrs exp)?
Though Interviewer knew that candidate is not of SAP FICO background but still have knowledge, They take him inn Why?
If candidate is inn then what were is key strengths to crack that interview, Was the interview questioned he very deep that he can be able to answer?
There are lots of things to ask if you guys start replying on this..
So Please help me in getting clarity of expectations from company and project managers.
