Generate amount through Time Wage Type

Hi All'

Hope you doing well. I'm facing some problem in Generating Amount from Time Wage Type. I was created a time wage type to fetch extra pl quota and from time management try to generate encash amount from those quota. Encash amount will be generate in a different wage type and will add with Payslip. So I configured system following way -

Value of Time Wage Type 9001 is 27.50. Now I want to generate amount by applying the following formula

9001* 1000(Basic Salary) / 30

So I has written following rule -

And place it in Under Subschema ZT00 (Copied from XT00) of Schema ZN00 (Copied from IN00) -

But 3004 wage type not generate in RT. Please tell me which stem I'm doing mistake.
