SAP Contact Center 7.0 - C4C Integration

Hi all,

 

Do you know whether it is possible to transfer the context (for example the service request information) when an agent transfer a call to a colleague?

I know this is possible using SAP CRM on-premise integrated with Contact Center 7.0, but I'm not sure whether this functionality is available yet for Cloud for Customer. If not, can you think of any workaround?
