I have an issue, where in I need to calculate Project Allowance based on number of days worked in a project. The scenario is as follows:
> Project Allowance is a part of CTC - will be added in IT0008.
> Suppose that in the month of November, employee worked for a project from 01.11.2014 - 22.11.2014 (22 days), and from 23.11.2014 - 30.11.2014 (8 days) the employee was on bench. So, this particular Project Allowance shall be paid on 22 days. How and where to enter these 22 days? and how the system will consider the IT0008 wage type Project Allowance in calculation, can anybody help me on this?
One idea I am having is that in IT0008, we can fix the Project Allowance amount manually (as there is no calculation rule). Then in IT0015, in unit we can give as number of days worked, and write one PCR, and calculate the pcr in XVAL schema. But can anybody help me for writing the PCR or if i am wrong can there be any other logic to be built up for this?
