Sales Order Fiori (User- Customer linkage)

Hi Mates,

     We have implemented the Fiori apps for Create and change.Below i have attached the screenshots.

Our back end is an IDES Server and i have no idea how the customer got mapped to my user as i highlighted in the screenshots.

SO Created with one customer and changing is not possible since the customer defaulted is another 'HTG.....'

how to change the partner/customer for user/employee .If the explanation is wrong,that's probably due to lack of functional knowledge.Please help me now.
