Return Item condition field in access sequence

Hi,

A Freight condition (ZFRC) was already existed in system. The requirement was to have a Freight charge reversed to vendor when the item in PO is marked as "Return item". For this i created a condition table and added the field "Return Item-RETPO" and then into access sequence. This access sequence was already linked to Freight condition type.

Now i created a PO, when the return item was NOT ticked i am able to see the condition in Pricing analysis with Yellow exclamatory mark but it doesnt give any information. No idea why this yellow mark is coming ?

And when i tick mark the return item, this condition even disappears from the analysis.

Could anyone guide me what i am missing here and is the return item field in condtion table is allowed or not ?
