FIORI Launchpad Header Background Color

Hi All,

I am trying to change the background color for the FIORI Launchpad header.

I have copied the CSS from Colorful Fiori - Part 2 -Yellow Green, to the launchpad shell Expert CSS area, but the change has not been applied to the launchpad header.

Can you please let me know if there are any additional steps, which I am missing to change the launchpad header area background color.
